Guillaume de Raffin

Guillaume de Raffin has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Guillaume served as the Regional Risk & Compliance Director at Ayvens starting from June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Central Eastern Europe General Secretary at ALD Automotive since May 2022. From May 2018 to June 2022, they worked as the Managing Director / Inspecteur Principal in Inspection Générale at Société Générale, and before that, they served as a Senior Inspector in the same department from September 2012 to May 2018. Guillaume also worked at BNP Paribas and held positions in Merger & Acquisition in Metals & Mining and Leverage Finance Europe LBO origination & structuration from March 2011 to July 2012. Guillaume began their career as an M&A Intern at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking from September 2010 to February 2011. Prior to that, they completed internships in Financial Audit at Expert & Entreprendre.

Guillaume de Raffin completed their education in the following institutions: from 2003 to 2005, they studied Lettres et Sciences Humaines at Blanche de Castille Nantes; from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Licence in Histoire de l'Art at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne; from 2008 to 2011, they obtained an MSc in Management with a focus on Corporate Finance from emlyon business school; and in 2018, they completed the High Impact Leadership Program at INSEAD.
