Laura Manco

Laura Manco has extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and information security. Laura currently holds the position of Head of Risk & Compliance LP Digital at Ayvens, where they support global functions in developing, implementing, and monitoring an enterprise information security and IT risk management program. Laura works directly with the first line to facilitate risk assessment and management processes and ensures the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems, and services. Prior to this, Laura held similar roles at LeasePlan, FIBR, and Amsterdam Trade Bank. Laura also has experience as an IT Audit Manager at JTI and a Senior Auditor at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Earlier in their career, they worked as an IT Auditor at Banca Sella Group, where they performed audit activities related to business processes, IT project management and security, network security, and service provider management. Laura holds multiple certifications including CISM, CDPSE, CISSP, CRISC, CIA, and CISA.

Laura Manco, CISM, CDPSE, CISSP, CRISC, CIA, CISA holds a Master's degree in electronic engineering from Politecnico di Torino, which they obtained between 1996 and 2003. Laura also earned a Master's degree in electrical, electronic, and communications engineering technology/technician from the same institution during the same time period.
