Marcelo Tresso Marcolino

Marcelo Tresso Marcolino has a strong background in the field of solutions architecture. Marcelo started their career in 2007 with IBM, where they worked as an IT Specialist and Programmer Analyst on various projects for clients such as TAM Linhas Aéreas and the Secretaria da Fazenda do Estado de São Paulo (SEFAZ). In 2010, Marcelo joined Diebold as a Java/JEE Architect and Designer. Marcelo then moved on to work at Resource IT Solutions as a SOA Consultant, focusing on services-oriented architecture and system integration for clients like Rede Tendência and Santander Bank. Marcelo also has experience as a Solutions Architect and Designer for companies such as Atech Tecnologias Críticas, GRUPO SBF (Centauro.com), InWave Interactive Intelligence, Discover Technology, Spindrift, M.T.M Technology, and LeasePlan. In their roles, Marcelo has been responsible for designing and implementing solutions, solving technical problems, guiding teams, producing architecture models and documents, and interacting with customers. Currently, they are working as a Lead Solutions Architect at Ayvens.

Marcelo Tresso Marcolino has a diverse education history. Marcelo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2003. Marcelo also attended FECAP for their high school education and received a degree as a Technician in Data Processing from 1997 to 1999. Marcelo pursued further education at Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where they completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Software Engineering in 2007. Additionally, they completed various extension courses at the same university in topics such as management, leadership, team performance, service-oriented architecture, software componentization, and reuse. Marcelo also dedicated time to improving their English language skills by attending an abroad English language course at EF - Education First in Chicago, IL, USA, from 2014 to 2015, and completing a Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE 3) at Cultura Inglesa English School from 2004 to 2013. Furthermore, Marcelo has obtained additional certifications, including the Positive Power and Influence Program from Bureau Zuidema and the Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) - 1.4 from Sun Microsystems in 2023 and 2007, respectively.
