Nderim Rexhepi

Nderim Rexhepi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Ayvens since May 2022, Nderim previously held a similar role for leaseplan.com at LeasePlan from March 2021 to October 2023. In this capacity, Nderim also served as the Lead Business Analyst for E-Commerce & Growth at LeasePlan Digital, focusing on lead generation through a digital platform across 13 European markets. Prior experience includes a Business Analyst role at Backbase, where responsibilities encompassed bridging the gap between business needs and development teams, as well as positions in business engineering and data analysis at Thermo Fisher Scientific, UBO Consulting, and USAID. Nderim holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management of Information Systems from the American University in Bulgaria.
