Ronaldo Tiou

Ronaldo Tiou is a seasoned Java Engineering Manager with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Currently employed at Ayvens since October 2023, Ronaldo previously held the same role at LeasePlan from November 2019 to October 2023. With a solid foundation as a Java Team Lead and Lead Java Developer, Ronaldo has significant expertise in implementing high-quality software solutions and mentoring developers. Prior experience includes positions as Software Engineer at ERIKS Digital, Backend Consultant at Backbase, and Software Architect at CI&T, where significant contributions were made to payment gateway systems and integration projects.
