Tessa Peetoom

Tessa Peetoom serves as the Global Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Culture at Ayvens since October 2017, where responsibilities include fostering an inclusive workplace culture and promoting respectful dialogue among colleagues. Previously, Tessa held the position of Manager HR, focusing on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at LeasePlan Corporation N.V. from October 2017 to June 2024, managing projects linked to the People strategy. Tessa's career includes significant roles at PwC Nederland, where Tessa guided organizations through transformation and managed people-focused projects. Tessa's foundation in communication was established through various positions in communication and training roles, beginning at KLM and later at ISS Facility Services A/S and Parteon. Tessa holds an Expert degree in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from UvA Academy and has completed several advanced studies in Strategic HRM and Communication.
