Yuri de Koning

Yuri de Koning currently serves as the Deputy Company Secretary at both Ayvens and LeasePlan, positions held since May 2023, following LeasePlan's rebranding to Ayvens at the end of 2024. Prior experience includes Deputy Company Secretary at Aegon Nederland from September 2020 to April 2023, and Legal Counsel at Aegon Asset Management from May 2019 to September 2020. Yuri worked as a Company Lawyer at Intertrust Group from May 2017 to April 2019 and completed a traineeship in the Political and Economic Department at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Thailand in 2015. Academic qualifications comprise a Talent Development Program from de Baak, various studies at Nyenrode Business University, Radboud University, Leiden University (Master’s in Corporate Law), and Maastricht University (Bachelor’s in European Law). Education started at Gymnasium Haganum with a focus on Culture and Society.
