Mohamed al Zarooni

Mohamed Al Zarooni, CHRMP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of HR Talent Operations at ALDAR since June 2024. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Country HR Officer at Citi, Head of HR Business Partners at Dubai Airports, and HR Business Partner for Finance & IT Operations at Standard Chartered Bank. Mohamed also contributed to the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019 on secondment from Etihad Airways, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner for Flight Operations. Previous experiences encompass talent acquisition at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and HR capabilities at Dubai Refreshment P.J.S.C. and DP World. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources from Middlesex University.
