Kathy Sienko

Chief Nursing Officer at Aldara Hospital and Medical Center

Kathy gained a combination of 27 years of public and private sector nursing and healthcare experience in gained in clinical, operational and strategic positions, to her role as chief nursing officer at Aldara.

Prior to joining Aldara, Kathy held the position of Deputy Executive Director for Nursing Affairs at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center for five years, where she was instrumental in helping the Center gain Magnet Hospital Status in 2014. Previously, she spent almost a decade working in leadership positions at Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies in London and Europe, including Cerner Corporation and British Telecom.

Kathy qualified as a nurse at King’s College in the UK in 1993. She has been a staff nurse, head nurse, clinical nurse specialist, director and adjunct faculty at City University London and New Buckinghamshire University. She was one of the first nurse consultants to be appointed in the UK and was also deputy chief nurse at a London teaching hospital. Kathy is a Smith & Nephew Research Scholar and a Department of Health Leadership Scholar
