Joshua Adeyemi has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Joshua started their career as an Executive Accountant during their industrial training at Adeoye Nigeria Limited. Joshua then worked as an Audit Junior and FCS Training Secretary at Fellowship of Christian Students, where they performed detailed analysis of accounting data and submitted tax returns. Afterwards, Joshua worked as an Audit Senior at Olushile Fowora & Co., where they established professional accounting practices and led a team in performing audit fieldwork. Joshua then served as a Finance Manager at Integrated Catering Company Limited, spearheading a finance team and implementing branch accounting software. Subsequently, they worked as an Accounts/Finance Manager at Elshcon Nigeria Limited and as a Financial Controller at LAPLACE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. Currently, Joshua is the Head of Finance (Multi-Country Cluster) at Aldelia, overseeing accounts and finance activities in multiple countries, optimizing costs, providing financial information, and analyzing business risks.

Joshua Adeyemi has an extensive education history in the field of finance and business. Joshua obtained a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Kwara State Polytechnic from 2002 to 2007. Joshua then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they became a Fellow Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2008. In 2009, Joshua Adeyemi obtained the Fellow Member designation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), specializing in International Finance.

Joshua continued their education in executive programs, completing an Executive Education course in Executive Team Leadership from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University in 2018. In 2019, they attended the London School of Business and Finance LSBF to pursue executive education in Financial Planning and Analysis.

In terms of their more recent academic pursuits, they are currently enrolled in the Global Leadership - International Study Tour at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, with an expected completion date in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Joshua Adeyemi has obtained several certifications. Joshua became a Fellow, Associate Chartered Certified Accountant from ACCA in 2013 and an Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2009. Furthermore, they obtained the CPA certification from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2020 and an Associate Accounting Technician AAT certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2004.
