Marcos Resnik

Marcos Resnik has extensive experience in management and operations within the recruitment and staffing industry, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector. Currently serving as the Regional Director Latin America at Aldelia since June 2013, Marcos oversees all operations across the region. Previous roles at Aldelia include Regional Director and Regional Manager for Africa, where responsibilities encompassed the startup and operational management in Mozambique, South Africa, and Brazil. Prior to Aldelia, Marcos held significant positions at Michael Page International, including Head Hunter for the Oil & Gas Division and Head of the IT Division. Marcos began a career in system consulting, with roles at Acta, Synapsis, and Itáu Previtec. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in International Trade Operations from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
