Mathy Sommer (Vanmathy)

Mathy (Vanmathy) Sommer has extensive work experience in the recruitment and talent management industry. Mathy (Vanmathy) currently serves as the Global Head of Client Solutions, Commercial Capabilities and ESG at Aldelia, where they focus on optimizing the client experience, improving revenue capabilities, and implementing standardized processes. Before joining Aldelia, Mathy worked as the Client Success Director Professional Recruitment at The Adecco Group and LHH, where they were responsible for strategic business development, client success management, and eco-system collaboration. Prior to that, they served as the Account Director at Randstad Sourceright, leading Managed Solutions (MSP) and RPO for the client Merck in Switzerland and France. Mathy also worked at Randstad as the RPO & HR Solutions Manager and the HR Manager Suisse Romande. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Kelly Services, Alcon Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (Novartis), @home, Novartis Consumer Health, and Randstad.

From 2002 to 2004, Mathy attended Oxford Brookes University, where they obtained a BSc. (Hons.) degree in International Hospitality Management.

Between 2000 and 2002, Mathy studied at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, earning a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
