Kim Kohls

Kim Kohls is an experienced healthcare executive with a strong background in nursing home administration and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at The Alden Network since June 2021, Kim also provides expert witness consultation as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Kim has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Alden Management Services and Nursing Home Administrator at multiple facilities, demonstrating expertise in system development, compliance, and financial performance. In addition to managing operations, Kim serves as the Chairperson of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Board, establishing policies for the nursing home administration profession. Kim holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Benedictine University and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on hospital administration from Carroll University.
