Steve Kroll

Steve Kroll serves as the CFO of Alden Management Services, Inc. since June 1999, overseeing financial and regulatory reporting, tax, billing, collection, accounts payable, payroll, and IT functions, along with budget management, acquisition analysis, and banking compliance. Kroll has previously held the position of President at the Fox River Valley Chapter of Muskies, Inc. from 2014 to 2015 and was a Partner at Blackman Kallick & Bartelstein, where responsibilities included audit oversight for property and casualty insurance and healthcare facilities. Kroll also served as a Partner at Schwartz, Frumm & Millman, focusing on audit and consulting in the property and casualty insurance and healthcare sectors, with an emphasis on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. Kroll earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University from 1971 to 1975.
