​1) You are the expert when it comes to your life and your family. Our job is to offer support and strategies during tough times.

2) Children deserve to be treated with patience and respect. At the same time, parents should be allowed to make mistakes, take breaks, and ask for help.

3) Medication isn't right for everybody.  Sometimes it's a necessity; other times it's a last resort. If you are considering medication, we can offer psychiatrist referral options. 

4) ​Everyone who walks through our door deserves to be treated as a person rather than a problem or diagnosis.
