VP Customer Experience (CX) at Alder

Benjamin Aguayo has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Benjamin started their career as a Sales Representative at Eli Lilly & Company, where they managed and sold pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Benjamin then moved on to HydroMaid International Inc, where they served as the Director of National Sales and developed a non-electric water powered waste disposal system.

Subsequently, Aguayo worked at Minds I Group as the SVP of Operations, where they played a key role in turning around a tradeshow company and successfully managed their largest client. Benjamin then founded their own consulting company, Aguayo Consulting, where they served as President and provided sales and marketing management, product development, and strategic planning services to startups and small/medium-sized businesses.

Aguayo later joined Amendment 2 as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where they established marketing initiatives and managed the launch of their combat apparel products. Benjamin also worked at UHEAA as the Director of Business Development & Marketing, where they built and directed business development and marketing plans.

In their most recent positions, Aguayo held leadership roles at SecureNet Technologies and Alder Holdings, LLC. At SecureNet Technologies, they served as the Vice President of Marketing, managing business development activities and marketing plans. At Alder Holdings, LLC, they initially served as the VP of Operations, overseeing strategic operational activities, and later transitioned to the role of VP Customer Experience (CX), where they developed and oversaw a new customer experience program to ensure positive customer experiences.

In addition to their corporate experience, Aguayo also served as a Board Member at Utah State University Foundation and USU's Office of Advancement, where they promoted philanthropy and enhanced university programs and student experiences.

Benjamin Aguayo completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Utah State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing & International Business at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, from 1995 to 1996.
