James Curd

James Curd has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and analytics. James is currently working as the Head of HR MI and Analytics at Aldermore Bank since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HSBC for 11 years, where they held various roles including Workforce Planning Consultant, HR Business Analyst, and Business Manager - HRMI, HSBC UK. In these roles, they provided MI insights to support decision-making, acted as a liaison between HR and technical teams, and managed business relationships. Before joining HSBC, James worked at BSkyB as an HR MI Analyst, where they were responsible for reporting on headcount, absence, and attrition. James started their career as an HR Generalist at Royal Mail.

James Curd attended the University of West London (formerly TVU) from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies.
