Lance Howard

Lance Howard is currently serving as the Business Manager to the CEO at Aldermore Bank since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lance held various positions at MotoNovo Finance from April 2016 to July 2024, including Regional Manager, National Account Manager, and Account Manager. Lance's career began at Invicta Motors, where responsibilities included Business Manager and Sales Executive from June 2010 to April 2016. Education was completed at Charles Dickens School.
