Lauren Sallis BA (Hons) has a diverse range of work experience in recruitment and resourcing. Lauren currently holds the position of Head Of Recruitment at Aldermore Bank, where they started in 2022. Prior to this, they were at Domestic & General from 2016 to 2022, starting as a Resourcing Business Partner and later becoming the Head Of Resourcing. In these roles, they were responsible for driving a direct sourcing strategy, attracting top talent, and delivering resource needs in line with the company's goals. Before joining Domestic & General, Lauren worked at Virgin Holidays / Virgin Atlantic as a Recruitment Advisor, where they managed recruitment drives for various positions and built future talent pools. Their career in recruitment began at Kelta HR, where they worked as a Resourcer from 2009 to 2010, providing support to Recruitment Consultants and offering excellent service to HR candidates.
