Michelle Nash

Michelle Nash is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management. Currently serving as the Group HR Director of Business Partnering and Reward at Aldermore Bank since March 2022, Michelle previously held various senior HR roles at HSBC from November 2009 to December 2021, including Head of HR for HR (HR4HR) and Programme Director in the Human Resources Chief of Staff Office, where a new HR operating model was successfully implemented. Prior to HSBC, Michelle worked at First Data Corporation in several HR capacities and began a career in HR at Ecomould. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Kent and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from Anglia Ruskin University, alongside CIPD qualifications.
