Ross Dalzell

Ross Dalzell holds an MBA and has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Property at Aldermore Bank since September 2022, Ross previously held various senior roles at Barclays UK, including Managing Director for both Business Relationships and Business Banking Products. Additional significant positions at Barclays also included leadership in Corporate Banking Propositions, Core Banking and Deposits, and Digital Investment Platforms. Prior experience includes a Senior Marketing Manager role at Alliance & Leicester and a Product Manager position at EDF Energy. Ross earned a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Biochemistry from Durham University and an MBA focused on customer value optimization from the University of Leicester.
