Rob Perkins

Rob Perkins has extensive experience in property management and facilities operations, currently serving as Managing Director of Property Management at CBRE since July 2021, overseeing 24 million square feet of properties in the Greater Sacramento area. Prior to CBRE, Rob held multiple leadership roles at Hines from June 1990 to October 2025, including Vice President and General Manager for Centralized Services at Facebook, where management of campus facilities and operational support was essential. Rob's experience also includes serving as Vice President and Director of Property Management at Amazon, ensuring successful operations of corporate office facilities. Earlier career contributions were made at the University of California, Davis, managing student housing facilities and capital improvements. Rob holds a Master of Science in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Houghton University.
