Daniel Taylor

Daniel Taylor is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the automotive sector. Currently serving as General Partner at Alderway Partnership Capital since September 2023, Daniel has also held key positions such as Non-Executive Director at Optimising IT | B Corp™ since January 2017 and Chief Financial Officer at Autorama Group from July 2017 to June 2023. Previously, Daniel was the Strategy and Integration Director at Marshall Motor Group for a brief period in 2016, and Finance Director at Ridgeway Group, a prominent UK motor retail group, from May 2013 to June 2016. Earlier career milestones include serving as Partner and Head of Automotive Advisory at Grant Thornton LLP from January 2010 to April 2013, where significant expertise in supply chain and motor retail issues was developed, and earlier roles at Grant Thornton UK LLP as Partner and Senior Manager. Daniel holds an MA with Distinction in Industrial Economics and a BA (Hons) in Economics, both from the University of Leeds.
