Sander van Schie

Sander van Schie has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of Employee Lifecycle and Director of HR Projects at ALDI Nederland since May 2018. Prior roles include HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Blokker and significant experience as HR Director with multiple companies under the Phone House umbrella, where responsibilities included managing HR P&L and advising the Board. Previous positions at V&D spanned from HR Adviseur to roles focused on training coordination and HR planning. Sander also held earlier positions in human resources as an intern at Vink Bouw Nieuwkoop and as the owner of Peer Statistics. Sander holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and completed additional education at Nyenrode Business University.
