Peter Jersbøl

Peter Jersbøl has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Peter began their career as a store manager at Netto, Dansk Supermarked, where they were responsible for daily operations and budget adherence. Peter then transitioned to a role as a sales manager at Elgiganten, leading a team of salespeople and handling administrative tasks. Peter subsequently returned to Netto, Dansk Supermarked, taking on various IT-related roles, including IT consultant, IT coordinator/project manager, and IT department leader. During this time, they focused on improving IT operations, documentation, and service delivery. After leaving Netto, they joined Salling Group (Netto) as the department chief for IT operations and support, overseeing a large team and developing a strong passion for leadership. Most recently, Peter Jersbøl joined ALDI Danmark as the Head of IT, with a mission to modernize the company's technology and management practices. Throughout their work experience, Peter has continually challenged himself and developed as a leader.
