Elisa Carrara

Elisa Carrara is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in legal counsel, human resources, and recruitment. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at ALDI Italia since August 2018, Elisa has also held roles as an Accountant and Human Resources Recruiter. Prior to this position, Elisa was a Trainee Manager at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Italy for a brief period, where responsibilities included team coordination and strategy development for achieving objectives. From 2012 to 2018, Elisa worked at Decathlon Italia, initially as a Sales Assistant, later advancing to Recruiter, overseeing recruitment campaigns and training programs. Elisa's journey began as a Trainee Lawyer at Studio Legale Micheloni between 2015 and 2016. Academic achievements include a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università di Trento and completion of the Scuola Forense Ordine Avvocati Verona.
