Silvia Pedron

Silvia Pedron has extensive experience in the retail and logistics sectors, currently serving as Buying Director at ALDI Italia since April 2016, where previous roles included Director of Logistics and Services and Area Sales Manager. Prior to this, Silvia worked at Lidl Italia from November 2014 to March 2016 as a Buyer Administrative Assistant, supporting buyer activities. Silvia’s earlier career includes experience as a Claims Handler in the international claims department at InterEurope AG and internships focused on gender equality research and international project coordination. Silvia holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Master's degree in European Studies/Civilization, as well as professional training in Supply Chain Planning & Control.
