Silvia Kezdi is an experienced Knowledge Manager currently working at ALDI Magyarország since March 2023, previously holding the same title at Tata Consultancy Services from 2008 to March 2023. Silvia has expertise in creating and editing knowledge base articles for the L1 Service Desk and maintaining an up-to-date database. Prior to this, Silvia provided IT help desk support, assisting Czech, Slovak, and English-speaking customers across Europe with various technical issues, and handling translations among these languages. Silvia began a career in education as a teacher of Slovak language and literature at Evangelical Lyceum in Bratislava from September 2005 to June 2007. Silvia holds a Master's degree in Slovak Language and Literature from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, completed in 2005.
