Daria Mennicken

Daria Mennicken has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Teamlead People & Leadership Development International at ALDI Nord Group since March 2020. Previous roles at ALDI Nord include Teamlead Learning & Development International and HR Manager Talent & Performance Management (international). Prior to ALDI, Daria worked at Kaufland Deutschland as Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung / Projektkoordinator and at Lidl in Deutschland, where positions included Senior Consultant Vertriebsorganisation International and Verkaufsleiterin / Area Manager. Daria's earlier experience includes a role in Talent Management at Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH and Management Assistant in Corporate IT at Evonik Degussa China Co., Ltd. Daria holds a BA (hons) in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing and International Management from the University of Abertay Dundee and a Diplom Betriebswirtin in International Business from Fachhochschule Dortmund.
