Nadine Salmon has been with ALDI Nord since October 2014, currently serving as International Sales Managerin, where responsibilities include analyzing, conceptualizing, and implementing international sales projects, as well as optimizing store processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. Previously, Nadine held the position of Regionalverkaufsleiterin, overseeing a district of up to seven sales locations and managing around 120 employees, with a focus on personnel development, compliance, and operational performance. Prior experience includes roles in sales, marketing, and administrative support across various companies, including stups - digital innovation labs and EC Hannover Indians GmbH. Nadine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Hochschule Hannover, specializing in controlling, marketing, and market research.
