Joe Posusney, MSE, PMP, currently serves as Associate Director Market Access Contracting at Organon, focusing on financial modeling, analysis, negotiations, and contracting with National and Regional Payor Accounts since October 2021. Previous roles include Associate Director of Market Access Customer Management at Organon and Sales Manager for EMEA at Philadelphia Scientific UK, where expertise in international sales and customer relations was developed. Prior to these positions, Joe held various leadership roles in business process improvement at Waltron Bull & Roberts, LLC, and marketing and product development at Philadelphia Scientific, along with a solid foundation in operations and project management through experiences at Merck & Co. and Gallus Ferd. Rueesch AG. Joe's educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Data Science and Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business, an MSE in Executive Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
