Andrew Pranata

Andrew Pranata is a purchasing specialist in the food sector at ALDI SÜD HOLDING, with prior experience as an application specialist trainee at Cargill, where significant contributions included improving beverage formulations and leading market intelligence efforts. At Cargill, Andrew also served as a research and development intern, developing plant-based beverage formulations and optimizing ingredient use. As the founder of Kolbru Coffee, Andrew successfully sourced arabica coffee beans and created a profitable beverage model. Additional roles include supply chain logistics procurement at Unilever, coaching at Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group, and experience as a sushi chef assistant at Mikasa Japanese Restaurant. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Food Systems Engineering from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from IPB University, complemented by international educational experiences in food chemistry and economics.
