Gerald Alinger

Gerald Alinger possesses extensive experience in human resources, particularly in global mobility and compensation. Since August 2018, Gerald holds the position of HR Director for Global Mobility & Compensation at ALDI SÜD HOLDING, after previously serving as Global Human Resources Manager and Global Mobility & Compensation Expert. Prior to this role, Gerald worked at HOFER Österreich from June 2015 to August 2018, where responsibilities included roles as a Vertriebsmitarbeiter and Global HR Intern. Additionally, Gerald briefly worked as a Marketingmitarbeiter at Berner Österreich in July 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Business & Export Management from IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Sales & Marketing from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales & Marketing from Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
