Joachim Nickum

Joachim Nickum has extensive experience in finance and operations within the ALDI organization, having held various significant roles since 2001. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Group Controlling at ALDI SÜD since April 2014, Joachim Nickum has overseen financial planning and analysis, managing teams to ensure effective liaison with top management. Previous roles include Director of Store Operations and Director of International Finance, where improvements in leadership training and financial consolidation were achieved. Joachim Nickum also held a District Manager position at ALDI USA, focusing on operational efficiency and customer service.
