Kerstin Seisenbacher-Schnabler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kerstin started their professional journey at Logwin Solutions Austria GmbH as a Key-Account Managerin in 2010, where they managed key accounts. Kerstin then worked at Verwaltungsverbund Gesundheit & Pflege GmbH as a Key-Account Managerin and later as the Head of Marketing & Sales in 2011. Following this, they joined conlux GmbH (LED-Lichttechnik & Photovoltaik) as a Business Development & Sales employee from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined HOFER Österreich as a Regional Sales Manager, and later took on the role of Supply Chain Manager from 2016 to 2016. From 2017 to 2017, they worked at ALDI Süd as a Manager in the International Transformation Organization, focusing on Supply Chain Management. Kerstin then took on various managerial roles in the International Transformation Organization, including Business Lead (Product Lifecycle & Pricing) from 2018 to 2021, and Deployment Lead from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they joined HOFER Österreich as the Head of Global Business Coordination before transitioning to their current role as the Director of Global Business Coordination at ALDI Süd Holding in 2023.
Kerstin Seisenbacher-Schnabler obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing & Sales from FHWien der WKW, attending full-time from 2007 to 2010. Later, they pursued a part-time Master of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, completing it from 2011 to 2013.
