Andrea Spiller

Andrea Spiller is an experienced consultant specializing in OKR and talent management at ALDI SÜD since September 2024. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at Agile Heroes from January 2022 to August 2024 as a Scrum Master and Training Hero, focusing on agile transformation and coaching across various organizations. Earlier experience includes serving as a personal development expert at Flingern mobil e.V. in 2021, a quality manager at NetSystem - Netzwerk- und Systemtechnik GmbH from 2018 to 2020, and a scientific advisor for the Pirate Party in the North Rhine-Westphalia Parliament from 2012 to 2017. Andrea began a career in youth education as the executive youth education coordinator at KLJB in the Archdiocese of Cologne in 2011. Educational qualifications include a diploma in counseling, supervision, and mediation from The Philipp University of Marburg and a Master’s degree in work and organizational psychology from Bergische Universität Wuppertal.
