Inka Rückle

Inka Rückle's work experience began in 1994 as a Team Lead System Development at RheinfelsQuellen H. Hövelmann GmbH & Co. KG. Inka then worked at Lekkerland SE from 1999 to 2006, holding roles such as IT Project Manager and Director of SAP Consulting. In 2006, Rückle joined ALDI SÜD, starting as Director International IT - Buying Solutions and eventually progressing through various roles including Group Director International IT - Global Business Applications and Domain Lead IT - Customer Interaction. As of December 2020, they hold the position of Managing Director International IT - Customer Interaction at ALDI SÜD.

Inka Rückle obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from TU Dortmund University in the period from 1987 to 1994. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Agile Leadership Essentials and Agile Leadership for Teams from Scrum Alliance in the year 2022.
