Laura Schumann

Laura Schumann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laura started their career as a Student Assistant in the field of Information Science & Technology at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf in 2011, where they later worked as a Research Assistant and Scientific Staff until 2014. Laura then joined the digital marketing agency luna-park GmbH as an SEO- & SEA-Manager for a brief period in 2012. Laura subsequently transitioned into the IT consulting and product management field, working as a Junior IT Consultant at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) from 2014 to 2016. Laura then became an IT Consultant, followed by Product Manager, and eventually Senior Product Manager until 2021. In the same year, Laura joined ALDI Süd as an IT Consultant / Business Analyst, and then moved into roles such as Product Owner Web, Product Manager, Chief Product Owner | IT Manager, and their current role as Director Customer Facing Solutions | Product.

Laura Schumann completed their Master of Arts degree in Information Science & Technology from the University of Düsseldorf between 2009 and 2014. Laura also obtained several professional certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) from Scrum Alliance in 2022, as well as Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ II (PSPO II) from Scrum.org in 2021.
