Stephan Wagner

Stephan Wagner has extensive work experience in the retail industry, particularly with ALDI SÜD and ALDI USA. Stephan began their career as a DH-Student with ALDI SÜD from October 2005 to September 2008. Following this, they worked as a Regionalverkaufsleiter with ALDI SÜD from October 2008 to May 2014. Stephan then joined ALDI USA as a District Manager from June 2014 to May 2016. Returning to ALDI SÜD in 2016, Stephan held various roles including Store Operations Director from October 2016 to August 2017, and again from September 2017 to July 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director since August 2022 at ALDI SÜD.

Stephan Wagner completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from DHBW Mannheim in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Bischöfliches Gymnasium St. Ursula Geilenkirchen between 1995 and 2004. In 2008, they also obtained a Trainer aptitude examination certification from IHK Rhein-Neckar.
