Dawn Ayers-Rodriguez

Dawn Rodriguez was named Chief of Strategic Initiatives and Accountability in May of 2019. Rodriguez, who has worked in Aldine ISD for nearly 16 years, will be responsible for managing special projects and leading key initiatives, including the development and implementation of the district’s strategic plan. She will continue to oversee accountability, evaluation and state assessments.
