Laura Simms

Laura joined Aldridge Education in August 2021 as the Human Resources Partner and is responsible for all HR activities for Darwen Aldridge Community Academy and Sudell Primary School.

Laura has over 18 years HR generalist experience within the retail sector as a multi-site HR Manager/Business Partner, working regionally across both Lancashire and Greater Manchester. In addition, Laura has for the past 3 year's worked as a HR Change Manager, leading large scale HR Change projects for both Retail & Logistics.

Laura studied at the University of Salford and has gained her CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management whilst gaining hands on experience.
