Stephanie Newman

Stephanie joined us as Trust Associate Principal in February 2020, bringing 20 years' experience of improving progress and attainment of children in local authority and academy schools. In June 2021 it as announced that she would take on the nearly created role of the Trust Chief Academic Officer.

Stephanie had previously worked with both Harris and Ark in a range of leadership positions, helping turn under-performing schools to performance above national averages, most recently as Principal of Ark William Parker Academy in Hastings. Stephanie is passionate about using education to improve social mobility.
