Katie McMahon has over 15 years of experience in various roles across multiple companies, specializing in employee relations, recruitment, and program analysis. Currently serving as the Employee Relations Coordinator at Aldridge Electric since February 2020, Katie has also held positions such as Recruiter and Benefits Coordinator. Previous experience includes working as a Program Analyst at Illinois Tool Works Inc and as an AP/AR Coordinator at ITW Medical. Early in the career path, Katie served in roles including Client Liaison, Production Manager, and Executive Assistant.
