Ken Cripe

Ken Cripe is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Compliance Counsel at Aldridge Electric since September 2020, Ken previously held the position of In-House Counsel at American Financial Management from January 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, Ken was a Partner and Associate at Conway & Mrowiec from April 2003 to December 2018. Ken’s career also includes leadership roles at CSM Mechanical, Inc. as President, Vice President, Operations Manager, and Service Manager from July 1989 to November 2002. Ken holds a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Illinois State University.
