Stephanie Bryant

Stephanie Bryant has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stephanie started their career as a Securities Analyst at JP Morgan Chase from May 2009 to June 2010. Stephanie then worked as a Legal Clerk at HealthSmart from June 2011 to June 2012, where they drafted contracts, researched compliance issues, and educated employees on healthcare legal compliance. Stephanie served as a Law Clerk for the Consumer Protection Division at Texas Attorney General from July 2012 to August 2012, conducting legal research and drafting various legal documents. Stephanie also worked as a Securities Litigation Attorney at UnitedLex Corporation from May 2013 to November 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Counsel at Golden Living from December 2013 to January 2016, where they achieved multiple accomplishments in contract review and management. Stephanie then joined UT Southwestern Medical Center as an Attorney specializing in Healthcare Transactions from February 2016 to November 2017, advising on various healthcare laws and regulations. Currently, Stephanie Bryant holds the position of Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Orthofix, starting in December 2017.

Stephanie Bryant obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from The University of Kansas between 2004 and 2008. Stephanie further pursued higher education at Texas A&M University School of Law, graduating with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Transactional Law between 2010 and 2012.
