Bo Kratz

Bo Kratz currently serves as a Board Member at Alecta since April 2024. Previously, Bo held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Board Member for Asia Pacific at Conning from December 2015 to December 2021, and was the Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific at Northern Trust Asset Management from November 2012 to December 2015. A sabbatical was taken from June 2011 to May 2012. Prior roles include Managing Director for Asia at Permal from April 2006 to May 2011, and several key positions at ABN AMRO from 2001 to 2006, including Head of Products and Marketing for Asia and CEO of Asset Management in Singapore. Bo began a career in finance as a Portfolio Manager and later Chief Investment Officer of Equities at Alfred Berg Kapitalforvaltning from February 1996 to August 2001, co-founding H. Lunden Fondkommission AB where Bo served as Head of Research from June 1990 to February 1996, and as an Equity Analyst at Carnegie Fondkommission / Fides AB from October 1988 to May 1990. Bo holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Gothenburg.
