Daniel Kristiansson

Daniel Kristiansson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and board membership. Currently, Daniel serves as a Stewardship and Corporate Governance Specialist at Alecta since September 2023. Prior engagements include roles as a Board Member at Vattenfall, Swedfund International, and Industrifonden. Daniel has also held the position of Investment Director in the Division for State-Owned Enterprises at the Ministry of Finance from September 2012 to September 2023. Additionally, Daniel's previous experience includes significant positions at SBAB, Vasallen AB, Citi, and Citigroup, where responsibilities encompassed both investment banking and corporate leadership. Daniel holds a Master's in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and a CEMS Master in International Management.
