Pete Soderling

Pete Soderling is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a strong focus on data technologies and related fields. As the Founder and General Partner of Zero Prime Ventures since January 2020, Pete drives investments in Day 0 engineer-founders and innovative technology startups. In addition, Pete established and leads Data Council, an influential international event series that connects data professionals globally. With advisory and investment roles in over 70 startups at the intersection of data infrastructure and blockchain, Pete has also founded several companies, including Hakka Labs and Stratus Security, and served as a mentor at 500 Startups. Prior technical expertise includes positions at Ziff Davis Media as a Senior Technical Architect and earlier consulting roles. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from New York University.
