Leonard Gonzales is an accomplished Engineering Design Technologist at Alectra since October 2015, specializing in the design and estimation of overhead and underground capital distribution projects while collaborating with several internal groups to resolve project issues. Prior to Alectra, Leonard held positions at Power Saving Systems Inc., where proposals for energy-efficiency measures were developed, and at MERALCO, where leadership in substation projects and support for electric distribution initiatives were provided across various engineering roles. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Saint Louis University, a degree in Electrical Engineering (LIEP) with a focus on Power Engineering, as well as qualifications in Project Management from the University of Toronto. Leonard continues to enhance professional skills through ongoing education at Humber College and Acces Employment.
