Lauren Dejesus

Lauren DeJesus currently serves as the Senior Regional Sales Director for the South at Aledade, Inc., having joined the company in March 2024. Prior experience includes roles at VillageMD as Senior Sales Director, Strategic Accounts, and Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships and Acquisitions, contributing to provider growth in the Southeast Region. Lauren also held the Director of Recruiting position at Jackson Physician Search and served as Director of Talent Acquisition at OneDigital Health and Benefits. From 2014 to 2018, Lauren was a Principal at The Medicus Firm, which specializes in physician staffing solutions. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Managing Consultant at Arthur | Marshall, where Lauren developed strategies for recruiting physicians to underserved areas. Lauren is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
